Cameron discussed his experiences south of the border at The International Drug Enforcement Counter Symposium in Montreal. Cameron pointed out the inefficiencies of the U.S. “War on Drugs,” which included a clogged court system and over-crowded jails.

Cameron earns an A+ for trying to help Canada avoid similar problems and for recognizing the problems in the American program.
