RESHAPING THE CITY. Since 1997, Western engineering students have taken part in the annual “City of London Design Competition” to help enhance various sites across the city. Yesterday, engineering student Pauline Sceviour, photographed above, put the finishing touches on her group’s project, which was to design a CP Railway bridge above Wharncliffe Road. Eight teams were enrolled in this year’s competition.
