Johnny Depp’s new flick: The concept of Secret Window — a psychotic
stalker turning up to terrorize a cabin-bound writer — may sound lame
and overdone, but this film stars Johnny, so there’s no way it can suck!
Who else could still look sexy in a dirty bathrobe, big owlish glasses and
uncombed hair? Only the Depp.
Busta Rhymes coming to London: You must admit, it’s pretty cool to see
a big hip-hop supastar coming to the Forest City. Busta and Bishop are hitting
up Club Phoenix this Monday, and we hope this starts a new trend of more cool
artists coming to L-town.

William Hung getting a record deal: If you haven’t heard, Hung has signed
a deal with Koch Recordings. Honestly, what’s up with that? Will people
actually be stupid enough to buy the album of a short-lived American joke?
Sure, Hung’s audition was amusing... the FIRST time. By this point, nobody
should care anymore, certainly not enough to purchase a CD by this “untrained” Ricky
Martin.
Bathroom closeness: You walk into a bathroom with eight stalls,
and none are occupied. You pick one. Seconds later someone else
comes in and picks the stall right next to you. WHY?
Urban Outfitters shirt pulled out of stores: Designed by a Yale
University graduate, the vintage-style “Voting is for old
people” T-shirt is not an anti-voting message, but rather
a summation of young people’s political apathy. However,
complaints led the retailer to remove the shirt from their shelves.
Apparently, irony is lost on some people.
