CAMPUS LIFE
3 - CHRISTMAS - 32/40
Food: ***1/2
Traditional Christmas food varies between different cultures. For instance, us Polish get to enjoy sauerkraut in all its different delicious variations. Mmm good! You guys get your requisite holiday turkey and ham. Boo-oring. Ah well, different strokes for different folks, right?
Colour scheme: **1/2
Red, green, silver and gold. Festive enough, but not terribly exciting.
Gifts: *****
If there ever was a holiday created around the heartwarming spirit of capitalism, this is it. Who doesn't love Santa Claus?
Music: *****
Everyone from Bing Crosby to Blink 182 has sung their own versions of classic Christmas songs. Our personal favourite? The Chipmunks' Christmas album, of course.
Time of year: **1/2
Snow and ice may be pretty to look at, but it's also colder than Mrs. Claus's teat.
Preparation involved: ***1/2
Trekking through the mall along with seemingly the entire population of Canada is not my idea of fun either, but just keep in mind the old proverb "If thee gives, thee shall receiveth." Or something.
Company: *****
Family-oriented festivities abound, but there's also ample time for bonding with friends and co-workers.
Drink Rating / Chances for Sex / Getting Arrested: *****
There's no telling what could happen when you combine eggnog and mistletoe at the office party.
