Western Mustangs women's soccer midfielder Eva Havaris scored and scored often. The Nipissing Lakers and Laurentian Voyageurs goaltenders are going to see her face in their nightmares for years to come.
Havaris scored twice on Saturday against Laurentian and twice on Sunday against Nipissing, assisting her squad obliterate those two hapless opponents.
Havaris was also named Ontario University Athletics Athlete of the Week in a bid by the OUA to steal the Purple Pipe's thunder. When asked which honour held more valour, Havaris was clear. "Definitely the Purple Pipe," she said.
