Re: Presidential football bet

To the Editor:

I am writing to express my sincerest apologies for actually thinking my Waterloo Warriors could defeat your mighty Western Mustangs in Saturday's Yates Cup football game. I don't know what led me to believe our team had a chance to even compete with the calibre of a team such as the Mustangs. Western has proven once and for all that they truly are the best team in the country.

Congratulations Western.

Go purple and stay proud!
