Goaltenders Martin Brodeur of the New Jersey Devils and Trevor Kidd of the Calgary Flames have been named co-winners of the NHL player-of-the-week award. Brodeur and Kidd, both 1990 first-round draft choices, posted 3-0-0 records and each had a shutout.
